ACTIVITIES   Last year through the NCEP project, students attended community meetings, campaigned door-to-door, and pressured the school board to adopt green schools in Cincinnati. Through their efforts to raise awareness of the economic, educational, and environmental benefits of green schools, the students successfully convinced the Cincinnati School Board to adopt green building and energy-efficiency standards with a one billion dollar refurbishment bond.
